Welcome to Puzzle Project
On Friday 24th 2000, one young man's life changed forever following a little trip to the legendary Peach, at Camden Palace. The night wasn't certainly the usual dose of metal played by local bands in his local rock club in Kent, but straight up education in clubbing as Guy Ornadel introduced trance to him, along with about 1800 others.
The young man in question was Gordon Darley, who shortly after would spend every weekend travelling to London every weekend to get his trance and hard house fix. Before long he had decided to put down his beloved guitar, switch off that Laney amplifier and learn to mix.
Having cut his teeth with his first hard house set in a bar in Croydon, Gordon has had opportunities many young DJs would only dream off like playing the foyer of Hard House Academy, playing his first big room set at SEOne and lording it the main room booth of the Fridge.
He first got involved with Puzzle Project after only it's third party after being invited to join the team by his then DJ partner in crime Ben Bennett (The Gordon Bennett Experience) to cater for their lovers of harder sounds and techno. After a year's break from 2009 to concentrate on other things, in this time, he was the hard dance reviewer for iDJ Magazine. Gordon returned to the fray to continue what he loves most; playing tough-edged, groove-laden music to up for it clubbers.
he future is bright for Gordon right now with his passion with some killer gigs on the horizon and plenty of studio collaborations in the diary with some of the scenes most exciting new and established producers...
